Fitness is Medicine offers two levels of Exercise Programing:
- Group Managed Exercise Programs
- Private Exercise Training
Group Managed Exercise Program:
- Initial individual evaluation to determine needs, current level of function and strength, and goal setting
- Each client can expect approximately 10 minutes or more of one-on-one Exercise Physiologist time per visit
- Exercise programs will continue to be updated and adjusted as the client advances
- There will be no more than six clients exercising in the gym at once
- Each client will have a personalized exercise program and will be working independently of each other
